Miss Teen USA has resigned her title, just days after Miss USA stepped down.

UmaSofia Srivastava announced the news onInstagram, saying her "personal values no longer fullyalign" with the pageant organisation.

"After months of grappling with this decision, I havemade the choice to resign from the title of Miss TeenUSA 2023," UmaSofia started her statement.

It follows an earlier announcement from Miss USANoelia Voigt, who cited mental health struggles as thereason for her departure.
