pt 01 EXP grinding

While grinding for experience in starfield I joke a bit and give critique and feedback on various technicle parts of the game comparing some to previous bethesda releases, pointing out how some are worse than the same types of systems from Fallout 4 and The Elder Scrolls V Skyrim.
I think that on the level 70 area for Strix I there should not appear fauna lower than level 65 regaurdless of the difficulty or player level.
