Ford Motor Company says they are working with federal investigators

The National Highway Safety Administration wants detailed information from Ford on results from a March 8th recall of Bronco Sport and Escape SUV's from 2022 and 2023 with one-point-five liter engines. Fuel injectors have cracked which allows gasoline and gas vapors near hot engine parts that could cause fires. The federal government wrote to Ford saying they want the automaker to replace defective injectors.
