Army rescues man clinging to fence in flood-ravaged Brazil

Brazilian soldiers rescued Pedro Dias de Oliveira, who was clinging to a fence in a flooded area of Port Alegre on Wednesday (May 8). He said he was trying to reach higher ground when the water started rising and panic set in.
