1 Package of Chinese Spicy Hot Pot Sauce
3tbs Light Soy Sauce
2tbs Dark Soy Sauce
5gRed Chili
5g Star Anise
1g Bay Leaves
2gSzechuan Peppercorn
5g Amomum Tsao-ko
60g Rock Candy
3000ml Cold Water
