Chicken Marinate
400g Chicken Thigh
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4tsp Black Pepper
2 tbsp Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice

Egg Batter
100g Cornstarch
2 Medium Size Eggs

Deep Fry
1Litre Deep Frying Cooking Oil

Orange Chicken Sauce
1 tbs Cooking Oil
1 tsp Ginger
1 tbsp Garlic
1/4 cup Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice
3.5 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
1/4 cup Brown Sugar
1 tbsp Honey
1.5 tsp Orange Zest
3 tbsp White Vinegar

Cornstarch Water Mixture
1.5 tbsp Water
4 tsp Cornstarch

Garnish
1tbs White Sesame Seeds
4 Small Slices of Orange for garnish
