A very simple and delicious recipe for fried mushrooms in cream cheese sauce with tomatoes

Ingredients:
Vegetable oil
Mushrooms – 400 g.
Sauté until mushrooms are browned, about 5 to 7 minutes.
Tomatoes - 150 g.
Garlic – 1-2 cloves
Salt
Black pepper
Cream – 200 g.
spinach
Mozzarella – 50g.
Parsley
Sprinkle the mozzarella over the mushrooms and cook until the cheese is melted (about 2-4 minutes). Sprinkle with herbs.
