🟡Ask a naturopathic doctor (N.D.) about any possible contraindications.🟡

As per legal requirement: Consult your physician, before changing your diet or medicine regime.
Note: Rare few medical doctors are educated about alternative natural medicine. They know only what they've been taught, told or read.

A test to confirm this fact is as simply as asking them how much salt one should consume. Their answer will more than likely be something like "limited". Ask "Why?" and they will probably not have any definitive answer, other than "It's not good for you". In some cases, this is true. However, then ask them why, when someone injured or sick is admitted to the hospital or emergency room, they order SALINE solution to be administered.
This is done via I.V. (intravenously), or into a vein, directly into the bloodstream.
Something, by the way, that you can NOT do with any oil of any type ☠️
