Today's Terrible Judge: Jon D. Levy

Maine District Judge Jon D. Levy, appointed by President Obama, dismissed a parent's lawsuit against the Great Salt Bay Community School Board over her child's gender transition. The school encouraged Amber Lavigne's daughter to wear chest binders without her parents' consent which can cause severe health damage. When asked about the medical involvement, the school initially denied it. Judge Levy sided with the school and asserts Lavigne needed to prove widespread fault throughout the entire school district to move the claim forward.
