Death on a Train (Concept Art - 2024)

Synopsis: The moment you die, you wake up on a train and you’ve got a one-way ticket to the afterlife. The problem is that your only clues as to how long you’ll be onboard and where you’re headed next require self-reflection, honesty, and humility. The afterlife is designed to be experienced according to how each person lived. That’s all the handbook says on the subject. Additionally, somewhere on this train, an all-powerful “Conductor” is also aboard giving impromptu exit interviews, which means that if you make a convincing enough argument, you might be able to talk your way into an improved destination. Even though that hasn’t happened in a millennium—it’s worth a shot. Either way, when the Conductor says your time’s up on the train, you won’t have any warning. Better get started on the scavenger hunt for your soul’s next stop—the departed tend to have pretty faulty memories.
