FANI UPDATE: Disqualification Heads to Georgia Court of Appeals

Donald Trump is going to get another shot at getting District Attorney Fani Willis disqualified from his election interference case. The Georgia Court of Appeals has agreed to review the former President’s appeal. In March, Judge Scott McAfee ruled that Willis could stay on despite a bombshell revelation that she was involved in a romantic relationship with Nathan Wade, the lead prosecutor of the case that Willis hired.
