Any woman who regularly is in the market for, let’s call it “hair supplementation,” will speak to the importance of not cutting corners. A cheap wig is easy for anyone to spot, while a more premium model could fool even the sharpest eyes for those sorts of things. As far as weaves go, the lay-term for the process of sewn-in hair extensions, a good one can be quite pricey, not to mention time consuming. Skimping on a weave could lead to a follicular disaster. May I present, Exhibit A.

A lady goes for a winter sled ride down a hill. She didn’t tighten her hood enough.

Now, full disclosure: we here at AFV cannot speak to the type of hair in question in this video. It’s possible it was a weave, or it could’ve been a wig, or even some other type of hair extension. The only thing we know for sure is it was not sufficiently secured.
