Lawyer Philipp Kruse Delivers Cease and Desist Notice of Harm to World Health Organization

On Monday 6 May 2024, Swiss lawyer Philipp Kruse delivered a Cease and Desist Notice of Liability to the office of the World Health Organization in Switzerland. He filmed himself outside the building immediately after making the hand delivery.

Recipients of the Cease and Desist Orders are:
Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus (Director-General)
Janet Diaz (Covid-19 Clinical Management Lead)
Jeremy Farrar (Chief Scientist)
Maria Van Kerkhove (Covid-19 Technical Lead)

World Health Organization's own VigiAccess database (https://vigiaccess.org/) has received five million reports of adverse events following Covid-19 injection. One million of these reports are serious. Serious Adverse Events are usually defined as:
- medically important event or reaction
- requires hospitalisation or prolongs an existing hospitalisation
- causes persistent or significant disability or incapacity
- is life threatening
- causes a congenital anomaly/birth defect
- results in death.
The World Health Organization do not mention their own pharmacovigilance database, they act as though it does not exist. This is one of their many acts of malfeasance.
