Money and its importance to the church

As I said, Christians live IN this world but are not OF this world. Meaning we are here now, but we know our place is with God in heaven.

Your donations take care of a lot of expenses. People think there are no expenses such as taxes paid by a church. The building may not be taxed, income may not be taxed, but those who work in support of the church must be paid and they are taxes. Besides, there are many programs a church provides. These all need donations to operate.

Please think about this. To a church, donations are important. Many churches work at a loss. Associations or outside donations keep their doors open. Please give generously.
