The biggest emphasis of wings of the captain are the thriller bark cards with both Gecko Moria and Perona as great leaders to focus on for decks with these cards. Just in general many of the leaders here are very powerful compared to previous sets. More fishman cards, film cards and for the first time germa cards make an appearance which is another great selling point for this set.
