Always wondered why people hold up signs with names at airports until being in an area where English isn’t the primary language.

I also used to feel it was low class for females to wear bonnets in public until I had daughters of my own that explained how it takes more to maintain their hair quality. My tainted beliefs had much to do with the dogmatic ideologies inculcated on me from childhood that females should be a certain way and are lesser than males on the mythical hierarchy structure.

I’m grateful for all that transpired so that I can be in a position to cater to loved ones while continuing to unlearn, learn and grow.
