My Italian friends are shocked, could it really be so simple?! Pasta baked with bacon

Ingredients:
Bacon - 100 g
Spinach - 100 g
Pasta
Tomatoes - 200 g
Cream cheese - 2 tbsp (120 g)
Salt
Mixed ground pepper
Garlic
Olive oil
Water

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (355°F) for 40 minutes.
