"Consideration" meaning payment. Yeah, it IS hush money, and those contracts are completely legal. They're called NDA's "Non-Disclosure Agreements". They wouldn't call it the NDA case because that'd acknowledge the noncrime. So it's the "hush money" case, to stimulate low information Democrat voters into emotional thinking & assuming a crime.
