Victoria Coates: UN resolution to admit Palestine as a full member raises many legal issues

Heritage Foundation Vice President of Foreign Policy Victoria Coates explains how U.S. funding to Gaza would legally change if the United Nations General Assembly votes to admit Palestine as a full member. She says regardless of whether the resolution is passed this Friday, the United States needs to cut off funding to the United Nations.
