The transformation of our food systems - Sustainable Development Goal 2
1 month ago
42
The United Nations Strategic Development Goal Number 2 states as its aim “Zero Hunger” which is a wonderful aim and one which many of us would celebrate. However, what is really being planned is synthetic foods created in laboratories, surrounded by tracking and tracing technologies from farm to fork. Farmers around the world are increasingly being pressured off the land through a variety of attacks. This talk will explore the agenda being set which will centralise our food systems, leading to the most wealthy in the world having ultimate control. As Kissinger stated “Who controls the food supply controls the people..” As this “transformation” gets closer it’s imperative we support our local farmers directly.
