"Silent Rage": BOP Evades Oversight for "R*pe Club" Women's Prison FCI Dublin

The scandal-plagued prison FCI Dublin, a low-level women's prison that came to be known as the "rape club" has been shut down shortly after a U. S District Court Judge appointed a Special Master to oversee reforms to the prison.

The appointment of the Special Master was a first in BOP history. Now, with the closure of the prison it seems there will be no oversight and the women will be traumatized all over again, being moved to other prisons across the country.
