Nobody was ever meant to live mad all the time. If a person is holding on to anger bitterness wrath malice a grudge or any kind of unforgiveness – they're not abiding in love, and it is damaging their physical body, ruining relationships, stealing their prosperity, hindering their Blessing, crippling their faith and limiting their fellowship with God.
