Key details about Donald Trump's VP pick revealed: 'It's a great choice'

Former Trump strategist Sebastian Gorka has revealed key details about exactly who Donald Trump's vice presidential pick will be.

Mr Gorka was quizzed by Sky News Australia host Rita Panahi about who former US president Donald Trump is going to select as his running mate.

"You've put me in a real tough position, Rita, because I have been told who the candidate is – and I have been sworn to secrecy," Mr Gorka said.

"Let me just tell you it's a great pick, it's a friend of mine, and it's somebody that nobody is talking about."

Mr Gorka continued to state, "that doesn't mean the president can't change his mind".

"But the guy he's chosen is a great choice," he said.
