Beetroot salad with apple and onion - super tasty

Ingredients:
- 2 beetroot
- 1 apple
- 1 onion (We use: a red one)
- 1 tbsp oil (we use: olive oil)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- approx. 1 tbsp agave syrup
- Spices as desired (we use: salt, pepper and nutmeg)
