On November 13th, 2021 owner of JAKK Tuesday’s Kelly Hale had his restaurant ripped away from him because he stood up against vax passports, including having a sign above his restaurant that read “Say no to vax passports all welcome at JAKKS.”

If there’s anyone that deserves a break, it’s Kelly Hale. We've found a restaurant up for lease in the heart of Kingston, Ontario. First and last months rent along with start-up / operating costs works out to approximately 25K.
I realize most of us are hurting so only if you’re able, let’s see if we can make Kelly’s dream come true. He was just one of a handful of restaurant owners across Canada who stood up only to have his place taken by force and permanently locked out. I am attaching a 3 minute video that tells Kelly’s story.
NOTE: If Kelly is not able to raise enough funds to make this venture possible, every penny will be sent BACK to those who donated as per the 'all or nothing' option provided through 'Fundrazer'. There will be no "He'll donate what he has to charity" or use the money for 'something else'. EVERYONE gets their money back PERIOD. The mission is either successful or it isn't.
