Ukraine changed their draft laws to allow those with developmental disabilities

DEVELOPING: Video is hard to watch.
In December of 2023, Ukraine changed their draft laws to allow those with developmental disabilities to be forced to the front lines. The video below reportedly (no direct video source) shows exactly this. This is disgusting in every way imaginable. In public office, I did everything I could to protect vulnerable communities & this is a travesty to the highest degree.
