One of my All Time Fav Childhood Scooby Doo Animated Direct-to-Video Movies from the late 90's which this Movie introduced the Goth Girls Band Called the "Hex Girls" which they were originally suppose to be One-Shot Characters,but they proved to be so popular that they Made Recurring Ghost Appearances in Future Scooby Doo Media such as Scooby Doo and the Legend of the Vamplre,and Episode of Season 2 of Whats New Scooby Doo,an Episode of Scooby Doo Mystery Incorporated and Recently,they made an Appearance in Guess Who! Scooby Doo!:P
