Mayday! “User Error” Causes Boat to Capsize and Buck U.S. Team Off Before Grand Prix

“User error” by a team member caused the top wing of the U.S. boat to capsize and buck the majority of the American team from the boat before the race during the Bermuda Sail Grand Prix. The damage to the vessel was unable to be repaired before the race started, disqualifying the Americans.
