The Death Toll From Brazil's Floods Has Reached 78

This was announced by the National Service for Civil Protection. More than 100 people are missing in the Brazilian state of Rio Grande do Sul. At least 155 people were injured. The floods caused landslides, collapsed bridges and washed out roads. Water, electricity and communications were reported to be out. The Guayba River reached a record level of 5.33 meters - higher than during the historic flood of 1941.
Climate is changing due to 12,000 year cycle.
