I've been doing this every day since I learned this method. Incredibly Easy and Delicious

Materials
1 pack of dry yeast (10gr)
1 tablespoon of sugar (20gr)
1.5 cups of milk (300ml)
half a glass of water (100ml)
1 tea glass of oil (100ml)
1 egg white (on yolk)
1 tablespoon of vinegar (10ml)
5.5 cups of flour (660gr)
1 teaspoon of salt (8g)

To grease the dough
150g butter

For internal mortar
cheese
parsley

For the above
1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon of milk
