If these patents are not for helping starving areas of the world, what are they for exactly?

Yes, the patents are definitely in use. We can see the planes busy at work creating bright white patterns in the sky—criss crosses and corkscrews. Those patterns are not water vapour from normal aircraft, they are weather modification chemtrails, and whenever I see them in the UK, spreading over a bright blue sky, huge clouds begin to form within a few hours, followed by rain or storms.
