NYC Judge just retitred after freeing Colin Rugg who sucker punched a woman.

Collin Rugg just exposed that a New York City judge has retired to Florida... only a few days after freeing a man who sucker punched a 57-year-old woman in the jaw.

Brooklyn Supreme Court Justice Matthew Sciarrino retired and is moving to Florida after a bizarre ruling.

Franz Jeudy was freed by Sciarrino last week even after prosecutors upgraded his assault charge to a felony. (NYP)

The Brooklyn DA's Office requested $25,000 cash bail or $50,000 bond but Sciarrino turned down the request.

Victim Dulche Pichardo's jaw was completely shattered from the attack back in March. Her jaw was wired shut and she lost some of her teeth.

Jeudy had been previously arrested and freed for other random attacks."
