OK- he’s not on trial specifically for that, but it may as well be. It’s the case where a candidate paid his lawyer who paid somebody else to create some fake news in order to influence an election. Oh Wait! That was HRC and Perkins Coie. This is the one about the consideration paid to an adult entertainment for a non-disclosure agreement. AKA The Hush Money Trial. Still legal in most circles, but this is, of course, Donald Trump so, felony. Welcome to The Morning Knight LIVE!
