We have all been in situations where there appeared to be no way out - up the creek without a paddle so to speak. As Elisha said to his servant, "Do not be afraid, for those who are with us are more than those who are with them.” (2 Kings 6:16) Look up for God has a paddle for you to help you in that dark situation.
