Podcast Episode 21 – STOP AND SMELL THE ROSES & WAKE UP AND SMELL THE COFFEE
By: Elizabeth Rose
Interview with Tom Bushman on Governance
Intro
Segment 1 plan (~15 minute)
Good day folks. Today is a Whole Brain podcast episode twenty-one, and our theme is enlightening you to the truth about governance, which includes an interview with Ohioan, Tom Bushman about the original Constitution of 1787 and some of the Bill of Rights and the Amendments that you need to know about and their true meaning and purpose and how they apply to the restoration project, which is a movement designed to restore kindness, integrity, respect and strength back into many systems of our world. For example, the Food Systems, Social Systems, Political Systems, Natural Systems and more. We will be introducing individuals through interviews, readings from quotes playing songs and challenging you.

ELIZABETH
In this Episode I would like to introduce Tom Bushman, he is the father of two grown daughters, and two dogs I might add. He is a passionate student of aviation and of the original Constitution, Bill of Rights and the Amendments. He is here to enlighten us all. If we have enough time, Tom will also cover what is meant by standing on your square. I would like to begin with some quotes from Tom’s emails and different folks you may or may not have heard of. But first, just quickly, I’m going to say Hi Tom.

TOM
How ya doin?

ELIZABETH
Good. These quotes are from your emails:
According to Brock Chisolm, former director of the UN’s WHO, “to achieve world government, it is necessary to remove from the minds of men, their individualism, loyalty to family traditions, national patriotism and religious dogmas.” “America will never be destroyed from the outside. If we falter and lose our freedoms it will be because we destroyed ourselves.” Abraham Lincoln
And finally, Tom Bushman “Once Americans realize that the current government is not our government but simply a fraudulent corporation masquerading as our government, and thus stop complying with their de facto authority, meaning they have no lawful authority, then we will begin to reestablish our Republic.” Since this Whole Brain Podcast Segment is about stopping & smelling the roses and we do intend to raise your frequency folks, Tom, in general, and in the face of today’s challenges, what are you currently grateful for?

TOM
Well, I’ll tell ya, to be honest with ya, this may sound strange, but I feel blessed that I am awake and that I was led to what I do. I’m in the precious metal business, which I’ve always, in my financial career have more or less specialized in protecting people’s assets, because most people have been close to my age or older. Blessed to do what I do now in precious metals. I started out in commodities thirty-five years ago, studying under Larry Williams – here I am, in commodities at the end of my career, so it’s really strange. That has given me a lot of time, to not only work with clients that are across the country that are fairly awake, but also in different areas that has spawned a lot of good conversation. But also from the fact that it led me to the law, because I knew something was wrong, but I couldn’t put my finger on it. Kept being led to the Constitution, but I had no idea how to defend it, how to stand on my square. I was pretty angry, but I didn’t know how to deal with it. I feel blessed that my kids are healthy, Pam & I are healthy, the pups are healthy. We’re in a pretty darn good situation, relative to a lot of people out there. I am awake. I know the truth and I can stand on my square and defend that.

ELIZABETH
You answered several of my other questions. I will ask you, what is unique about you Tom, your work background, what are you doing currently and how did you first become inspired to study the real law, the original Constitution law and etc.?

TOM
Well if there’s anything unique about me at all, cause I consider myself no different than anybody else; you know I’m a student, I’ll be a student, I’ll always be a student, I don’t think I’ll ever be an expert; this is a lifelong journey, that I think every American needs to be on. Unique about me: I’ve been a student of the markets and economics most of my entire adult life. Once I saw what took place in ’08 and ’09, I had my own company and I was managing money privately, I had everybody out of the market roughly three weeks before the crash; but I started seeing things like in 2000, 2005, 6 time frame in the stock and market chart, that I’d never seen before and I was scratching my head. After 2007, 08, 09, I really started digging. Something just didn’t add up. Started moving out of the market and into hard assets. I thought the real collapse was going to be 3-5 years later, so I was kinda preparing for that. And then what I found out was that we really didn’t have a market, and we haven’t had a market, in my opinion, for a very, very long time ~ it’s all manufactured ~ it’s not the biggest Ponzi scheme, but it one of the biggest one’s we’ve seen in this country that most people are not aware of. And so, that then led me into law, where Jack & Margy Flynn became my mentors and I still talk with them, but I’ve kinda gone on my own and moved forward as I think any student is supposed to. Uniqueness about me: I feel like I’ve got a pretty good grasp on the big picture. On the financial side and now on the lawful side; I think it’s important that people realize that legal and lawful are two completely di-opposing things – different. Legal: statutes, ordinance and rules – where bar attorneys operate and lawful is where the Constitution resides and the Republic. We have never been a Democracy – that would have to do with the corporate side of things – statues, codes and ordinances, rules – that sort of thing. The Republic would be where the law resides. Being able to see that and it has taken me four to five years to really have my head down to get it; not really politics but being able to see the truth of what our country really is, most of our history has been fraudulently concocted by the cabal, the deep state; most of it isn’t true, I don’t believe at all and to operate forward in order to protect our future, and to plan for whatever is coming has been a real blessing. I’m still a student – never know it all and will never know enough, but I know what I know.

ELIZABETH
Wow, so we have five minutes left in this Segment; I will say in our second Segment, “Wake up and Smell the Coffee” we’ll take it up a notch, and we’ll ask you Tom, some specific questions about the true meaning and purpose of the original Constitution, Bill of Rights and Amendments that you want all Americans to know about. In the time remaining, is there anything you want to cover like U.S. citizens versus Americans. Where do you want to start?

Tom
What I think what I would say is that the quote that you read and I just recently put that in my email and I put it in there for a reason; this is where I’m at. Michelle Moore & I were talking recently and I said “Michelle, to me I have arrived. There’s no more need to really do more digging to find out what the truth is from the standpoint of what we the people need to do to take back our Republic; what is the best approach to accomplish that?” We do not have a government.

ELIZABETH
Have you figured that out yet?

TOM
Well I’m working on a process, that I did not create that I learned from somebody else…when I get back from this trip to Georgia, I’m gonna start moving forward on that. It’s a 5 or 6 step process ~ all done on paper because there is no reason to go into a “court” today or file a law suit, we have no courts, we have no rule of law; everything is administrative, essentially admiralty, maritime and we don’t have judges, we have administrators ~ that is not how our system is supposed to work.

ELIZABETH
Could you please comment on the Bar attorneys right here, right now. I dreamt about that and I meant to ask you “how many bar attorneys are currently in the US Congress?

TOM
I wasn’t able to find anything in 2024. As of 2021 and this comes from the American bar association, there are 175 bar attorneys – almost a third of Congress. If you go back to 1812 ~ the war of 1812, I believe two reasons for that war. One, debt with regards to the banking system, which we were not going to continue with (that was one of the big reasons) and the other one was the title of nobility act, which was called the Ton Act, which was the original 13th Amendment, which, from everything I’ve been able to find out, was lawfully ratified and still is in force, however, like many things after the Civil War and before, things were just washed off the table, as if they never existed. Now we have in the corporate Constitution of 1871, the 13th Amendment which essentially ended slavery and that was in1868, I believe it was not properly ratified. And then the 14th Amendment which essentially, from my perspective made everybody slaves to the U.S. corporate system. Bar attorney – if you think of Bar – British Accreditation Registry. The original 13th Amendment disallowed anybody with a title of nobility. Listed in the Constitution twice. A bar attorney is an esquire and that is a title of nobility. That is why I would never call a judge, your honor – that’s a title of nobility. It is not allowed in our system, in our Republic, in our government that we’re supposed to have. Bar attorneys ~ their allegiance is to the British crown. Essentially, they have no residency in America. They’re also officers of the court. Anytime somebody hires a bar attorney, they are immediately considered a ward of the court and an imbecile, meaning they’re not intelligent enough to handle their own affairs. I would argue that anybody who hires an attorney, goes into court and doesn’t know this, where is there any arms length because as a whole, most judges are bar attorneys and bar attorneys that go into court are officers of a court ~ doesn’t sound like a system that is really going to give anybody any due process of law. And there is no due process of law in any of these “courts” now cause they don’t exist. They are administrative animals that operate under admiralty-maritime and they hide that fact and call it civil law – it’s not. It’s not at all a rule of law and no due process of law takes place.
That is why I say do not go into these “courts” because in most cases, it’s not going to end well.

ELIZABETH
Thank you for that clarification. We are walking you into the Light, and as Martha Reich says, the creator of this song, “don’t give up, don’t give in, this is part of your journey, this is not the end.” We’re going to play from Martha Reich’s song, to wrap up this Segment. Thank you Tom and everybody for walking us into the Light. Thank you Martha. This is from her 2011 release, Into Trees. You can get Martha’s music at her website, marthareich.com r e i c h dot com or soundcloud.com or bandcamp.com. Enjoy.

When you’re walking in the dark
Sometimes you fall down
You got your hands stretched out straight
You feel it all around
You feel so scared, you feel alone
Looking for the truth
I don’t know if it’s anywhere,
I say, don’t give up, I say, don’t give in
Cause this is part of your journey, and this is not the end
When you’re dancing in the night,
The stars hang up above
And all your doubts and questions
Are surrounded by love
You see that spark, you hear that sound
It lives in the forest, coyotes bark
It says, don’t give up, don’t give in
Cause this is part of your journey, and this is not the end
And when you’re walking in the light
Everything becomes clear
And all of your answers, suddenly appear
And everywhere is an open door
Everywhere is a friend
You think your journey, has come to its end
But, I say, don’t give up, I say, don’t give in
This is part of your journey and it goes on and on again
It goes on and on again

Segment 2 Wake Up and Smell the Coffee
Segment 2 plan (~15 minute)

THEME FOR SEGMENT 2: Enlightening you to the truth about governance with our featured guest and lover of the original Constitution of 1787 and much more, Tom Bushman.

ELIZABETH
Welcome to Whole Brain Podcast, Episode 21, Segment 2 Wake Up & Smell the Coffee, our theme is enlightening you to the truth about governance with our featured guest and lover of the original Constitution of 1787 and much more, Tom Bushman. He is here mainly to empower you and enlighten you as to the truth of who you are, such as being an American versus a US citizen, what you need to know about your government and the truth and purpose of the original Constitution, Bill of Rights and certain Amendments. If they’re is time standing on your square. Take it away Tom.

TOM
Ya, hi you guys. Continuing, I guess. I was going to mention Article 1, Section 10 is where they talk about title of nobility. No title of nobility shall be granted by the United States and no person holding any office of profit or trust under them shall without the consent of Congress accept of any present monument of any kind , caucus from any king, prince or sovereign state. So when you think of BAR attorney, the British Accreditation System That was the whole point of the Revolution and why we wanted to become free. Essentially BAR attorneys – their allegiance is to the British Crown, not to America – obviously they thought that was very important. As far as the original Constitution of 1787 (and this was confusing to me) and the Constitution we have on our desk today is essentially from 1871 when they actually, physically incorporated the United States – now every city, state, county court and every entity or franchise of the U.S. government – is a corporation whether for profit or non-profit (it’s the same vehicle; the only difference is there are no retained earnings with the non-profit, but their operations are the same). My premise is all statutes, ordinances and rules, which I no longer follow, are corporate by-laws, they only pertain to the employees of the corporation and those that are working with the corporation – doing business with. Most Americans would not fit that category. Our system was highjacked. We don’t have a lawful government. We have corporations masquerading as our government, which is based in the color of law, which is fraudulent and I would even argue treasonous. What I think is more important is (and by the way, the original Constitution of 1787 which included the Bill of Rights which is the first ten amendments of the Constitution; Jack & Margy have said, that anything beyond the first ten amendments are really unconstitutional). Bill of Rights are the first 10 amendments but they are not all inclusive: Look at Genesis 126-128 – that is where our rights come from, and Genesis 27 is where our status as men and women come from. There are two types of citizens now in this country, and there always has been since the 14th Amendment. Up until the 14th Amendment there was nothing. There was no US citizen mentioned because every one was America. Now we have a U.S. citizens with a small c and American Citizens with a capital C. That is important to know. The 14th Amendment talks about privileges and benefits. Social security is a benefit. A driver’s license – that’s a privilege. I don’t need a driver’s license. The only time you need a driver’s license is if you are operating in commerce. If I want to travel is my private automobile, I don’t need anything. The important thing I think to know is the Original Constitution of 1787 where those 10 amendments exist including the 13th amendment, and that is an exception, because that is where the title of nobility act comes from. From what I can tell, it was ratified, lawfully, and still exists today, even tho they’ve washed it off the table, It needs to be brought back. And what it is all these bar attorneys and public offices will no longer be employed and will probably no longer be citizens and be deported if we retake our Republic. So, broad picture, the Constitution is not ours, it is theirs. The Constitution is a public document. It is the architecture of the system we created. We control. We created the Constitution for the government to follow. And they all have an oath to the Constitution, Article 6, Section 2 & 3, which is the “Supreme Law of the Land.” Anything that is repugnant to the Constitution isn’t null and void and does not need to be founded. Marbury versus Madison, one of the oldest and most Constitutionally founded cases makes that very clear, but there are many others. The Constitution is for them to follow, it is the system we gave them to follow, it is giving them limited authority and nothing more. Anything that is not given to them in the Constitution they do not have. That is not how it operates, but that is the way it is supposed to operate.

ELIZABETH
I’m just curious. The Constitution we gave them – are you talking about the Constitution of 1871?

TOM
No. 1871 was a treasonous creation of a corporation. The United States is a corporation. The United States of America is a Republic. The corporation of 1871 they created, is what exists today; they operate as if we have no control, they don’t care what we think. As far as I’m concerned, there never has been an election, only selections; it’s just a ruse on the American people to think they actually had a vote. The original Constitution of 1787, We the People signed on to – our founders operating as our proxy. And that is where the original Bill of Rights – the 10 amendments exist and the 13th amendment. That’s all been washed off the table, as of 1871. That is what we have in our hands today. Now there are things in there; Article 6, section 2 &3 where they have to take an oath, the Supreme Law of the Land; there’s many things in there. I even asked Jack years ago, why some of those things were even left in there, and he said, “you know, at the time if people had changed too many things, people may have noticed.” There was enough left it there. But essentially it’s nothing but wordsmithing which is what BAR attorneys specialize in. That’s why I say innerstand instead of understand, because when you say I understand, you’re standing below somebody. It’s all language that becomes important. By the way, the Bill of Rights are God-given – they’re unalienable – they cannot be leaned on they cannot be altered, they cannot be taken away. That’s why the Bill of Rights are so important and yet they are not all-inclusive. And that’s where the 9th and 10th Amendments come in, because the founders were smart enough to know that they couldn’t put everything down in the Bill of Rights. You have a right to get married, but you don’t need a license, but that’s not listed in the Bill of Rights, so they recognized that there were many rights and they wouldn’t be able to list all of them. So the Bill of Rights is a sampling, but they are God-given rights – we all, in the world, have God-given rights. The difference with America, if we put it in writing and carved it in stone – essentially the Constitution is for them to follow and the Bill of Rights is not where they are allowed to be. Don’t tread on them, even though that’s all been thrown to the wolves because we see that everyday.

ELIZABETH
So, I don’t want to put words in your mouth, but restoring the systems of governance would include, I would imagine, to restore the original Constitution of 1787, and the Bill of Rights and the Amendments that go with that. Would you say that’s true?

TOM
Yea I would, except that I would say they don’t need to be restored because they’re still here, they’ve just been washed off the table. It’s really more of an education that needs to happen, in my opinion. Americans need to realize as Thomas Jefferson, I may be wrong it might have been Adams, “Only an educated society will remain a free society.” Unfortunately, because of the indoctrination and the poisonous things in food, and water and everything else, they really spent almost since the beginning trying to dummie us down, take us so far way from our founding principles, that we don’t even know what they are anymore. People have been raised, even I was raised don’t fight city hall, “don’t go along, get along, don’t talk about politics and religion.” As a youngster, I questioned all of those things. I took on city hall and won. I think I was seventeen or eighteen when I did and I always questioned why you wouldn’t talk about politics and religion, two things that affect your life, including your children, more than anything else and we were taught not to talk about it cause it might offend somebody. Nobody has a right to not be offended.

ELIZABETH
Would you say talking about these things is important, right?

TOM
Absolutely, critically important, especially today, when I believe we’re on the cusp of loosing America. And if we loose America, we loose the world. And people that I know, and clients that I have that are international – they know this far better than Americans. People here don’t realize they are Americans. They think they are U.S. citizens and they don’t realize there is a difference – it’s a huge educational divide – even the teachers don’t know this stuff. They are teaching out of books – everything has been created by the Cabal and Deep State – textbooks have been created by them; history has been written by them. They control everything. Just as they do the central bank; the Federal Reserve is not a Federal Government Agency, it never has been; it is a foreign, for-profit corporation. The IRS is as well. All of this has been fostered in fraud and has been meant to control us and it’s getting to a point very quickly, I don’t think too long from now, it’s not going to end well if we don’t start waking up and standing up and locking arms and stop complying with these government corporations because they have no legitimacy – they are de facto – they are not legitimate; we are de jur – we are legitimate. Stop complying. Stop giving them legitimacy when they don’t deserve it. Stop being afraid. Stop living in fear. When there’s enough of us locking arms; we outnumber them to such degree, that they’re gonna be…my prediction, and I don’t make predictions, but if we get enough Americans to stand up, stand firm and stop complying, and start pushing back and removing these people from office, depends are going to fly off the shelf, because they are going to be terrified. They do not want us to wake up.

ELIZABETH
Then you would say, Wake Up folks, stand up, fear not, stop complying! Correct?

TOM
That’s right. And find people you can learn from; and be very cautious there because there are many people out there that are controlled opposition trying to lead people down the wrong road. In my opinion maybe Ana Van Ritz is one of them, possibly David Straight. I’ve learned some very good things from David Straight, but you have to know when to get off the train. Jack & Margy Flynn are probably the most Constitutional I know. My only disagreement with Jack & Margy at this point is I don’t believe anybody should go into a “court” because in most cases it’s not going to end well. People need to start realizing the country they are living in. Police…and this is not meant to cast stones at the Police but they are “policy reinforcement revenue agents;” they’re essentially sales agents, sales reps, is what I look at them as. They go out and write tickets, arrest people and bring them into the courts, and the courts fleeces them. Our prison system is for-profit; private corporations that run just like any other corporation, yet they’re doing it with human bodies. And I’m not going to get into the stuff like KB trust; they’re is way too much confusion out there, and I think people are foolish to focus on it; but what they need to do is start realizing who they are, and if people will put the time in to inner standing their Rights and where they come from, and as Michelle Moore say, as whose they are, cause we’re all children of God, whether someone chooses to believe in God or not that’s everybody’s right to decide, but we were fostered and created as a God-fearing nation and that’s why we see the attacks on God; that’s why God is not in the public square anymore; God is not in school. I’m not talking religion, I’m talking God. I’m not a religious guy. All of these things need to start coming out and people need to start educating themselves and realizing that their entire system has been taken from them. I can only tell you from my experience and you don’t have to become an expert in Constitutional Law, Bill of Rights…I don’t memorize all this stuff; some things it just starts clicking cause you to go over it enough. We need to know the basics if we’re going to be considered an educated society. And I’m not talking about college. I wouldn’t pay 5 cents for college degree today – it’s all government indoctrination, but I would educate myself and Americans need to be educated. They need to know what their rights are and they need to stand up and if necessary to defend those rights with red ink. If we don’t, we’re going to arms. The Declaration of Independence it’s our duty to throw off a tyrannical government. If this is not tyranny I don’t know what you call it. If we loose this, tyranny will be in our face, in broad daylight every single day and every minute. And that is exactly where they want to take us. That’s what the World Economic Forum is all about. That’s what the One World Order is all about. Tracking us and tracing us. The CBDC the Central Bank Digital Currency – that is not Crypto. (For anybody who is interested in Crypto or Digital Assets, which is ) is a control mechanism where you cannot do anything without them knowing and they will tax every penny. Unless you’re a foreigner or collecting money for a foreigner I don’t believe you should be paying anybody taxes on your income at all. The 5th Amendment, Life, Liberty & Property – your labor is part of your property. Protect it. Supposed to be. And if it’s not because we’re not awake and we’re not educated. So I say connect with other people you can trust and learn from them and lock arms with them and get involved when somebody’s rights are being violated; because you can; the 6th Amendment – assisted council where you can call on a friend to stand with them, and help defend them, and help them innerstand their rights, and how they’re due process of law is being violated and that they’re rights are being violated and that what they can do they can’t do. If we start doing that across this country I believe we can take our country back. And know in your heart and mind. Go look up Dunn & Bradstreet – go look up your city, your state, your corporations, your court system. I’ve got them all. They can’t tell me they aren’t what they are, because they are. As you do this, you will develop more inner strength, and the fear will melt away. I take on a lot of these people, in red ink, on a regular basis and some cases verbally and I have no fear. Maybe I’m delusional. I know I’m being led by God, but I have no fear…because I know the truth. And also recognize that, and this is critically important to know, as you do this and you choose to communicate with these people, do so firmly, but remain in honor. They want us to fight, to threaten, to argue; that’s how they control; we don’t want to do any of that. We want to stand on the law, stand on the square and stand firm. And not bend a knee…because we don’t have to. These people are our employees – they are not because they are de facto – they are a corporation because they are illegitimate. We need to return our government. Shrink it down to 10% as it should be, cause we don’t need most of it and then our job is to make sure they do their job and they do it according to the Constitution, which is the plan we gave them – that’s all they can do, nothing more. And we can do whatever we want to do as long as we are not violating anybody else’s Rights – there is no law to be broken

ELIZABETH
We’re going to come back for Segment 3 because I have a couple more things I want to go over. Is that okay?

TOM
Sure, absolutely.

SEGMENT THREE WITH Tom Bushman

ELIZABETH
Hey Folks, we’re back. I wanted Tom to offer you a couple ways that you can educate yourself, and also Tom if you would say something, it doesn’t
matter how long – it could be 3 minutes, something about “Standing on your Square,” I’d appreciate that. Just to know what that means. Go ahead you can list off several ways people can educate themselves and then we’ll talk a little bit about SOYS.

TOM
As far as trying to know what’s going on out there, behind the scenes, even with some of the “Truthers” are doing more misguiding than anything else, The Michelle Moore Show on Rumble, is one of the best sources. I know Michelle personally; I haven’t known her my whole life; I don’t know her Heart, based on what I do know about her, I think she’s absolutely trying to guide people in the best possible way to find the Truth; she’s taken a lot of hits as has Mike Gill and others she has on her show, but feel like she’s doing the best she absolutely can to find the truth.

ELIZABETH
And you’ve been on her show too, right?

TOM
I have. I used to do podcasts, and to be frank, I kinda backed away, because there really wasn’t more I could say, necessarily. I was also going in other directions, and I didn’t want to confuse her audience; I wasn’t actually sure what I was doing. I think I did maybe three or four podcasts with her. Again, I think Michelle is the real deal. So if you want to get current news, things you want to be aware of, even from a health perspective at times, I think she’s a great source. Another one, Jack & Margy Flynn have a 20 hour, and it’s free, class in the Constitution ~ it will teach people about the Constitution. The things you really want to know. Also, the Bill of Rights. It’s the most complete I’ve seen and extremely well done. Very well spoken, easy to understand/innerstand. And their website is: citizensotheamericanconstitution.net.

ELIZABETH
And then you mentioned Brent Johnson, and how about you, are you available for any sort of teaching or guidance?

TOM
I don’t do anything formal, but if anyone has a question or wants to reach out and have a conversation, that’s fine too. I tell everybody I’m very busy. Some days I’m on the phone with clients and my days get very stopped up, and there are other days when I’m not with my clients, I’m studying, I’m working. I’m getting ready to go forward with the public utility commission with regards to the smart meters, taking notes, so I’ve been getting ready for that. I’ve been in the public records, pulling oath requests and that kinda thing. Matter of fact, I just got one this morning, that I’ve been responding to; that all the public commissioners on PUCO (Public Utility Commission of Ohio) are BAR attorneys. I thought that was interesting. I wanted to check that out – that’s why I requested it. Anyway, Brent Johnson, his website is freedomradio.us. He has a conference call every Tuesday night. I never have a chance to listen live, so I always listen to a replay; but if you go on his website and click on the home button, you’ll see it pop up and you can dial it up and listen if you want to. I don’t agree with everything Brent has to say, but for people who are interested in the reevaluation of currency, the RV of currency, he talks about that, and at least from my perspective I think he’s one of the best, for those who want to put together, to protect their assets in the future, a pure trust, a common law trust, he’s one of the best, he knows how to do it correctly, so it can never be breached. That is very different from a trust, if for example, you were to go to a BAR Attorney. A pure trust is outside of the legislative body; essentially taking it into the private.

ELIZABETH
For some people who still like to read, what’s a good book?

When you go on Brent’s site, and you click on products, scroll down – he’s gotta book called “The American Sovereign: How to Live Free from Government Regulations” it’s said to be one of the best books. ‘The price did go up – it’s like eighty bucks – that’s the first price increase in twenty years. I’m reading that book – giving back my driver’s license – getting a non U.S. Passport, that kinda thing. I think it’s an excellent book for anybody to read. Another book I would also recommend, just search for this, it’s called “The Authority of Law:” by Weissman, I think you can still get it in a PDF and print it. For every valid law, there has to be an enacting clause (can look that up in the Constitution for your state). It will tell you what the enacting clause is and it is for We The People…because when somebody says, “you violated this statue of code, you can go look it up – there has to be an enacting clause, so “We The People” know, who enacted this law and who had the authority in which to do so. Many years ago, supposedly they hired a committee: composed of some citizens, BAR attorneys, and public officials and what they did is come up with the revised code’ my understanding is this is all the way across the country and every state. I have looked and many, many codes that are supposed to be the law and I cannot find any enacting clauses. If there is no enacting clause, then there is no law, it has no validity. I talked to Jack & Margy about it and they said, “Hey Tom, why do you think that is?” Well, I could give them the obvious answers. They said “It’s deniable plausibility. It protects them, cause most people are not going to know this, they’re not going to look this up, they’re not going to look for an enacting clause and therefore they’re never going to know it’s not a true valid law. It can’t be a true valid law anyway because it was enacted by a fraudulent Congress or a defacto, treasonous body because they are all corporations. And if anybody can show me in the Constitution where we gave them any authority to create a Constitution…I’m all ears…cause I’ve never seen it; therefore they can’t do it; therefore it is all invalid. I would say, we have not had a valid law since 1812. I used to say 1871 when they incorporated us, but now I think it’s 1812…because if there is a BAR attorney that’s part of the voting process to enact the law, and the original 13th Amendment just allows a BAR attorney to be in public office, therefore that law is null and void.

And in 5 minutes Tom, can you talk about “Standing on Your Square.”

TOM
Here’s what I mean by “Standing on One’s Square.” With regards to David Straight – I think it’s worth learning from him and taking notes. I did learn a lot in that regard. I have not gone any further. I don’t buy into any of the State National stuff. You were born an American. You were born sovereign. Don’t say sovereign citizen – that does not even exist. Sovereign means you are in control and you are the king of your existence. Anytime I’ve talked with someone, whether it be in red ink or personally, I’ve had the FBI at my house twice, I’ll start by saying, “I am only responding to you and speaking to you in special divine appearance and this is no attempt to form a contract with you.” Why do I say that, because they’re all corporations. I have to contract with them in order to be in their jurisdiction. If I stay out of their jurisdiction because I don’t contract with them, there’s not much they can do. They can try, but hopefully I can shut it down. So far I have. That is one way of standing on your square. That is how I start any communication with a public official or government entity. Right, the IRS, DOJ, anybody. Standing on my Square is knowing what I know. For example, they are a corporation. When I respond to these people, not always but in most cases I will tell them, “you are a for-profit corporation, you are operating under the color of law and you are committing fraud. You have no legitimacy. You are defacto. You have no jurisdictional authority over me whatsoever.” Which is all true! Because they have no legitimacy. They are a corporation. They have no more authority over me that McDonalds corporation does. I am not a stockholder and I never eat there. So how would they have jurisdictional authority over me? Well, they don’t, cause I won’t contract with them. And I know how to stand on my square by saying those things. And I may talk about the Constitution, Article 6, Section 2 & 3 – the oath that they have. They’re in violation of their oath. Standing on your square is really knowing who you are, where you stand and knowing that these people are supposed to be public servants; we’re the boss, they’re the employee. They’ve flipped the paradigm with all this corporate garbage. They try to threaten us, and make us live in fear that they have ultimate control over us. No, no, no, no – they created the corporations and they control the corporations, but unless we contract with them, they have no authority over us. Another way you stand on your square, is responding in honor, in red ink, and respond within, at the latest 72 hours. I typically respond and have it in the mail the next day, because they live in a world of tacit agreement. You get pulled over by a policy agent, a police officer, right? First thing they are going to do is ask for your driver’s license and your proof of insurance. By giving it to them, you are tacitly agreeing that they have authority and jurisdiction over you. Your all CAPS name is a corporate fiction; that’s why you have an all CAPS name, if you look at your Social Security card or your Driver’s License – your name is all CAPITALIZED – it has been since you were born. That’s when this all happened in 1933 under the Roosevelt Administration. The point is by complying, your tacitly agreeing that they have authority over you. You’re giving it to them. I’m not saying don’t give it to them. Depends on where I’m at, it depends on my mood, if I’m out of state. Somebody pulls me over for something, first thing I’m going to do is, I’m going to say, “what’s the emergency. You got your lights on, what’s the emergency” They say, “Well, you were going 10 miles over the speed limit. You say, ”Who was injured? There’s no injured party.” It’s corporate fiction. You can look this up in the law book. I carry an international driver’s permit, which is upper and lower case. So, I’m not going to give them my driver’s license, I’ll give them my international driver’s permit, I might give them my passport – on the front of the first page of the passport, it says do not detain, so I might give them that. If they choose to write me a ticket, I’m going to put under duress, non-assumptive, All Rights Reserved and I’m going to sign my name, not on a line (across, below, or above but never sign on the line of any government paperwork.) And then I’ll give it back to them. When I get home, I will get out my red pen, write across it, how I stand on my square across it and I’ll mail it in to them. I won’t pay anything, cause I don’t owe anything, I didn’t do anything. As long as I have not violated somebody else’s rights, there is no crime. Now, if I run into somebody, I’m accountable, I’m responsible. We all are. And if I do damage to somebody, even though it may not be a crime because it wasn’t intentional, I still have to make them whole. That is the honorable way to operate. That’s the way we’re suppose to operate.

Yes, please do not violate someone else’s rights. Be accountable. Even when you’re somewhere over the rainbow. That is the cover of this song, “Somewhere over the Rainbow” that Martha Reich sings from her album, a 2018 release from Brave Bird. It’s not intended to make you go to sleep, but to rather to relax you, to calm you down, and let you know, there’s nothing to fear, it’s alright, we are all waking up and we’re going to wake up in time with or without coffee. Dare to dream. You can fly, you can. And we will restore kindness, honor, respect, integrity and strength into the necessary systems. “We The People” shall overcome. “We The People” shall dare to dream. Again, here’s Martha Reich’s cover of Over the Rainbow.

Somewhere over the rainbow way up high
There is a land that I heard of once in a lullaby
Somewhere over the rainbow skies are blue
And the dreams that you dare to dream really do come true
Someday I’ll wish upon a star
and wake up where the clouds are far behind me
Where troubles melt like lemon drops
away above the chimney tops, that’s where you’ll find me
Somewhere over the rainbow skies are blue
And the dreams that you dare to dream really do come true
If happy little bluebirds fly
Over the rainbow, why oh why can’t I?
