FSB detains terrorist recruited by Ukrainian special services

The Russian FSB arrested a man who attempted to carry out an attack on the Tambov regional and arbitration courts using homemade explosives. The man admitted that he was recruited by the Ukrainian special services to carry out sabotage and terrorist attacks in Russia.
