The best meditation technique doesn't really exist...

When you are applying all these techniques you are trying too hard and thinking too much on the application.

Instead, stop thinking so much.

All these higher vibrational emotions such as love, joy, peace, and enlightenment don't make you think too much. When you experience then you are not thinking too much but you are just living in the moment and being present.

And that is what meditation is

It's like being in love. When you are in love you don't really think. When you are making love you don't really think, it is so natural and pure. You move with the flow. And love is a very high vibrational emotion.

It's only through love you can reach enlightenment. Once you are in the state of love it is much easier to be enlightened.

Enlightenment is not something you attain, it's not a conquest or a race.

It is just a form of realization.

So free up your mind and allow yourself to reach a state of calmness.

This happens only when you are not thinking.

You get the best ideas when you are in the shower because you are not thinking.

You were just being present in the moment, creating space in your brain, and allowing thoughts to flow naturally.

So stop getting in your own way trying too hard and thinking too much when it comes to meditation and raising your consciousness.

Let go and live in the moment while allowing things to flow naturally.
