New Ukrainian law allows people with physical and mental illnesses to be drafted

Facing staggering troop losses, Ukraine has been seeking to replenish its ranks by conscripting men with physical and mental illnesses. Kiev's new law allows people with HIV, tuberculosis and cancer, as well as substance abuse problems, to be drafted into the military.
