Even if you don't really like chicken or beef liver, you're bound to love them after trying this recipe. Two recipes for an unusual preparation of chicken livers that won me and my family over and are very popular at home. These recipes take a little time and the results are more than amazing. Chicken liver pate can be considered a dish in its own right, add your favorite vegetables and you have a wonderful lunch or dinner. Chicken Liver Salad is super easy to make - with just three ingredients, it makes a wonderful snack or addition to any side dish. Cook with love! Cook with joy!
Ingredients and preparation:
Put 600 g of chicken livers in boiling water
1-2 onions (200 g)
1 large carrot
3 eggs
4-5 spring onions
1-2 tablespoons soy sauce
3 boiled eggs
salt to taste (about 2/3 teaspoons)
Black pepper
¼ teaspoon ground coriander
½ teaspoon paprika
1-2 tbsp rice flour (depending on consistency)
30 grams of cheese
250 g onion (2-3 onions)
250 g pickled cucumbers
Salt
Black pepper
400 g chicken liver
1-2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon sour cream
