Pork ass smoke with Cowboy Briquettes and Royal Oaks Lump charcoal. Seasoned with Mesquite seasoning and minced garlic. Used a pizza tray for indirect heat. Temp was between 250-290 for about 4.5-5 hours internal temp of pork ass to 195 then rest for 1 hour covered in oven. Video editing done with capcut.
