I make it for a banquet, the guests love it! Simple recipe for spectacular dish!
Ingredients and preparation:
Pork fillet (approx. 600 g)
Pat dry with a paper towel to remove moisture
Cut off fat and silver skin
Cut the fillet in the middle as shown in the video
Now let's prepare the dry rub
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon salt
Black pepper
½ teaspoon thyme
Sprinkle the meat on both sides with the spices
Rub with the spices and collect the rest from the board
Place the meat on a baking sheet lined with non-stick parchment
1 onion
2 tablespoons olive oil
Fry the onion for 2 minutes
6 small mushrooms
Add the mushrooms to the onions and fry until browned
1 clove of garlic
Fry for another 30 seconds
Salt
A pinch of thyme
Black pepper
Scatter mushrooms and onions
50g cheese
110 grams of bacon
Wrap the pork tenderloin in bacon as shown in the video
Pin the thin edge of the fillet piece
4 potatoes
Cover with boiling water for 5 minutes
Pat dry with kitchen paper
Salt
½ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon garlic powder
olive oil
Black pepper
Stir and place on a baking sheet
Brush with the remaining spices
Bake at 190 degrees for 30 minutes
1 tablespoon chili sauce
1 ½ tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2-3 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup)
1 teaspoon whole grain mustard
Stir until smooth
Simmer until the sauce thickens (approx. 2-3 min. on low heat)
Set the grill to the highest setting (250°C)
Glaze the meat with the sauce
Bake another 3-5 minutes until browned
Let the meat rest for 5 minutes
50 grams of green onions
1 clove of garlic
100 grams of yoghurt
Salt
Black pepper
1-2 teaspoons lemon juice (optional)
This sauce goes perfectly with the potatoes
A delicious dish for a festive table
