Brazil. Porto Alegre (capital of the state of Rio Grande do Sul) is experiencing the worst flooding in its history. The level of the Guaiba River reached 5 m 32 cm. Porto Alegre International Airport suspended all flights indefinitely as the runway was flooded.

Climate is changing due to 12,000 year cycle.
