5/5/24 card: kindness

In 12-Step fellowships there are sayings like “let go and let God” or “live and let live.” The message is that we don’t stress about things outside of our control and we only worry about keeping our own side of the street clean. Focusing on kindness instead of judgment makes this much easier. It’s self-compassion Sunday. Show yourself some love and compassion today.
