Do they still control our weather, because here in the UK we are not getting any sun, just cloud every day and RAIN... and in the cards you might notice there is quite a few swells of water, so I definitely think they increase the water (i.e. the rain)... which could lead to flooding as that sea looks pretty rough. Tarot is entertainment.
