Parents sue after a five-year-old girl's arm was sucked into the tiny gap between the elevator and the wall. Zoe Garatziotis suffered a gash on her wrist requiring 20 stitches, resulting in a large scar. She needed monthly hospital visits for wound care after returning home to Palm Beach, Florida. Zoe's parents sued Taylor Management Company and Kone Elevators and Escalators for negligence. They seek damages and want warning signs added to the building and elevator.
