Today there was another vicious stabbing in Australia, with a young man shot dead by police in Perth.

"WA police commissioner, Col Blanch, said that the incident 'certainly has all the hallmarks' of a terrorism-related incident, but he was not prepared to declare it as such 'at this stage.'" (R. Kermeluvs, The Guardian, 5 May 2024)

We are living in an uncertain world.

The spectre of terror, attacks, disease, and destruction (Psalm 91:5-6) seems to loom over Australians wherever we go and at any time.

Where should we look for security and protection at this time?

Can Christians confidently expect supernatural deliverance in the face of increasing evil, and on what basis?
