Helium Balloons Are The Longest Lasting Method Of Sustained Flotation In Our Atmosphere, And What Most NASA and other "Satellites" Are Held Up With. Everything "Orbits" Around The Circled Plane Riding The Different Striations Of The MAgnetic Thyroidal Field.
Humans Cannot Survive In The Upper Field Known As The "Van Allen Belt" ie: A Striation. Belt", This Belt Exists Before You Reach The Firmament. In Other Words. Biological Life Cannot Even Reach The "Dome". This Is Why They Were Doing Animal and Plant Tests On These "Space Labs". Yes, There Was Another Before The ISS, Before The Shuttle Missions.
