PROCLAMATION DAY 3RD PROCLAMATION BY THE GREAT STATE OF NEW CALIFORNIA STATE

The Great State of New California State held their 3rd Proclamation Day on the Steps of the California State Capitol May 3, 2024. The Proclamation Day was to express the 15th Constitutional Default by the State of California for violating Article IV, Section 4 of the U.S. Constitution.
