I caught up with Xavier this afternoon, Xavier wanted to explain that he had returned from rehab.

Xavier wanted to catch up to let us know what's happening in his life now, Xavier is from Mexico. He was explaining how once he had spent three months in a rehabilitation unit in Mexico, upon returning back home, the V2K and everything else started up again. He said that whilst in the rehabilitation unit, his targeting has subsided.
