New program in Livingston Co. will send parents text alerts when teens are pulled over

Parents, have you ever wondered if your kids were obeying the laws of the road when you weren't around?  Well, if you're a resident of Livingston County, you'll soon be able to receive text alerts when your teen is pulled over by the cops.
